Fox & Pine Fold Over Tags

Add a personalized touch to your handmade creation with thee cute fold over tags. They can be stitched on displaying either the solid heart or hollow heart on the outside of the garment. The tags come in a pack of 4. They can be attached with yarn or embroidery floss. The tags are machine washable and safe in the dryer.
