Let us help! Stop by the shop or give us a call and we will create your Personal Wish List. You can list specific yarns or weights and colors. You can add notions, bags, or needles! Anything we carry in the shop that you love can be added to your wish list. 

In addition, if you request it, we will email your special loved one a REMINDER for those special days and help them choose just the right gift for you!
We are happy to help, and we have a few relieved husbands and other loved ones who can testify that it IS very helpful to know JUST what someone wants!!

Return Policy

Yarn may be returned within 60 days of purchase. The yarn must be returned in new, odor-free, resalable condition (i.e. unwound and unused). 

Knitting needles and crochet hooks may be returned within 30 days of purchase if you still have the original packaging in clean and saleable condition. 

Discounted items, patterns, books, gift cards, sample sale items, special orders, and Eucalan products are non-returnable.

All returns are in exchange for store credit ONLY.

Any item found to have a manufacturers defect will be replaced in kind or with a suitable substitution. Certain more expensive or handmade items will need to be replaced by the manufacturer and there may be a wait time.
